Retreat to this wonderful lakeview home with breathtaking panoramic views!

Enjoy relaxed living on a bluff above Lake Tahoe. Nestled in a hollow out of the prevailing wind, every room in this home looks out over the lake, with views across Crystal Bay Point and along the beautiful east shore. Be amazed by every mood the lake has to show, from the sun line rising on the Eastern Sierra to spectacular full moon nights which can be enjoyed from the private hot tub on the deck. Each room is tastefully decorated and the beds have high thread count linens, down comforters, and lots of soft pillows.

Our open floor plan has a master suite with queen bed upstairs off the living room/great room. The remaining bedrooms (second master suite with queen bed, and two queen bedrooms) are downstairs off the family room. We have a wonderful wood stove in the family room that heats the whole house and firewood is provided. The attached apartment has 1 queen bed in the bedroom with interior access to the apartment from the main house, as well as from the garage.

With 3500 sq. ft. of total living space there is room for everyone. There's a two car garage and plenty of off street parking. Enjoy High Speed Internet/Wi-Fi and Cable TV through out the home. We are located just one block from the lake, close to ski areas and casinos, Garwoods and 7-Eleven are just down the road.

Best Family Vacation
We had 3 generations, ages 2 days old to 63 years old. This property was the perfect fit for our whole family. Everything we could’ve needed was provided, including crib, high chair, beach chairs. Perfection!
Our group of 10 meets in a different location in the US every year. This was our sixth year getting together and this home was by far the best we have stayed in...and we have stayed in some pretty epic homes. The view is absolutely breathtaking as is the home itself. This home was equipped with everything we needed included a Keurig with coffee and a regular coffee pot. We loved watching the lake from the hot tub and we enjoyed our coffee on the deck watching the sunrise. The communication was great, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. Best VRBO and best view I have stayed in yet!
We loved staying in this spacious, beautiful, clean home in Carnelian Bay. One of the best VrBO homes I’ve stayed in to date. The view of Lake Tahoe was so peaceful and we had some fresh snow at night, which made it even more picturesque. The hot tub was a big hit and our furry friends enjoyed being with us in Tahoe. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of bathrooms for everyone. We would definitely come back! Thank you for a lovely stay.

A gorgeous house and view
There were 11 of us and the house was roomy and ultra comfortable. The beds were wonderful, the kitchen was supplied with everything we could need, and it was a wonderful experience for all of us. The view of the lake was the icing on the cake. Our kids had fun sledding down the side slope of the house and we all loved the hot tub overlooking the lake.

This is a perfect home with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our annual girls trip (group of 6). The lake view is spectacular and it’s conveniently located in between Tahoe City and Kings Beach. I can't say enough good things about our stay. We had 8 adults fly into Reno and made the 45 minute drive to north tahoe. The location was 10 minutes from great restaurants and everything you need. The house was amazing with views from a movie. House was equipped with everything you need once you make a quick stop at the grocery store. Emerald Bay was a 30 minute drive and a must see. Our family stayed for a week at this beautiful property. The views from most rooms in the house as well as the back porch area are unbelievable! This is our second time staying in the Lake Tahoe area and it is hard to believe that it could get much better. The layout of the home allowed our family their individual space which was greatly appreciated throughout the stay. The check in process and communication with the owner was excellent. Great house; incredible setting
If you're looking for the quieter side of Tahoe, a beautiful lake view, and a house that functions well for a large group, this is the place for you. Very close to Tahoe City and some nice restaurants there; not far from Incline Village (check out the Lone Eagle Grill). We were a group of 10 family/friends. The layout of the house was perfect, and it is very well-equipped. We cooked all breakfasts and a few lunches/dinners there and the kitchen was fully up to it. But the crown jewel was the lake view from the window wall in the great room, several of the bedrooms, and from the deck which included multiple seating areas and a large hot tub. Our hosts were responsive and helpful. We made a great choice with this house!

VRBO Lake Tahoe Stay
This was a great house. We were 3 families, 9 people, not including a 6-week-old baby. The apartment was perfect for the couple with the newborn. Sleeping accommodations worked great for the rest of us. The large great room & kitchen was the perfect setup for us at the end of the day. The home was within reasonable drives of all venues we chose to visit. The neighborhood was safe and quiet.
