"What a cool hotel with a huge amount of charm and character! The location is fantastic for walking and access to dining and drinking options. The staff was very helpful, the bar drinks fantastic, and we loved the rooms! What a great hotel! Of course the neighborhood is on the edge of being a bit rough."

"Beautiful waterfront hotel with a full bath and balcony on the water. Great breakfast options and very clean. I’ve stayed at their sister hotel many times when traveling to the bay area and this hotel was just as wonderful as the Executive Inn and Suites next door. One of my favorite places to stay and doesn’t feel like Oakland at all. It feels like a mini vacation! "

"The room was clean with 2 comfortable beds as requested. It was a rainy, windy and cold night, so the heater was on the first night. However, it was turned off during the night because it was noisy and awaken me each time it came on. Our room was on 2nd floor borded by free parking. Along our side of the building a truck started turning on the engine, sounded like a pickup truck, for five minutes at a time. They then turned it off about 20 minutes and then on again from about 2:30am to 4:30am...
