"The hotel isn’t the most modern but it is highly utilitarian. The kitchen was well stocked. The breakfast was as good a “free” hotel breakfast as you could get. The staff was wonderful and immediately attentive to small things during our five night stay. Finally, the location is outstanding. Easy walk, maybe 1/4 mile, with full ski equipment to the Heavenly gondola. We would stay here again. "

"Convenient - but be aware that the hotel rooms don’t have assigned indoor parking - just outdoor. A bit dated and basic but comfortable and convenient for Kirkwood skiing."

"Fairly average hotel but clean, great location, and the cheapest option we could find! Parking can be a little tricky on busy weekends, but the front desk was great and offered to come out and help us find a spot if we couldn’t find one on our own. This is a perfect option if you’re planning to be out and about most of the time and just need a comfortable home base to sleep! "

"The hotel has a very convenient location, few minutes walk to casinos and Heavenly village. Room we got was clean and cozy. Staff was very nice and informative , with many local recommendations, which really helped. I do appreciate the extra effort staff was making to make us more comfortable throughout the stay."

"All over is good, but you have to pay for every single step. If you want to seat at fire pit, you should book it and pay a lot of money. All fire pits were reserved, but for 3 days i didn't see and single person seating there. "
