3, 4 or 5 BRD/Baths, filtered views, fenced backyard, private beach/park access

Our house is centrally located near parks, trails, ski resorts, lakes, beaches, and restaurants. It features a fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable ambiance, and mesmerizing views. Whether you're here for a romantic getaway, solo photography, fun adventures with friends, business, or family vacations, our house caters to all—permit # 117 850.

The house can be rented as a 3-bedroom, 4-bedroom or 5-bedroom rental. You can add or remove bedrooms up to 48 hrs before checking in.
The nightly rate for a three-bedroom apartment is $700, a four-bedroom apartment is $800, and a five-bedroom apartment is $900 plus tax.
The cleaning fee for 3 bedrooms is $400 per stay, for 4 bedrooms, $450 per stay, and for 5 bedrooms, $500 per stay.

The heart of the house is a fully-equipped kitchen with all you need to cook and bake.

Our kitchen opens on a large custom-made table that seats up to 10 people and offers filtered views of the lake and Eagle Rock.

The kitchen also opens on a deck, ideally furnished for relaxing or barbecuing, with a table and benches in the summer.

The living room is next to the kitchen. It has a large sofa where you can read, watch TV, or play board games.

All three bedrooms are located away from each other for ultimate privacy and quiet time.

Main house:
-- Top floor:
= > Master 1 has a queen-size bed. Open bathroom with shower.
= > Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and a twin bed bunked together.

-- Garden level:
= > Master 2 has a king-size bed and a twin bed. Bathroom with shower.

Second unit:
= > Master 3 has a queen size bed and a twin bunk bed. A sofa that opened into a comfortable queen-sized bed (linen for the sofa upon request). Bathroom with bathtub and shower.

= > Master 4 has a queen size bed. Bathroom with a shower.

The garden is fully fenced, which is unique in the Tahoe area and quite a gift if you stay here with children or are allowed to bring a pet.
The yard is oriented south and has a horseshoe run and a fire pit to talk endlessly under the stars unless you prefer to relax in the hot tube after a long hike, water skiing in the lake, or a day on the slopes. Aspens, maples, poplars, and pines bring you the shade you want and need in the summer to rock you into a well-deserved nap. We put out chairs and a summer sofa when the days are warm.

We have some A/C in the top master bedrooms. All rooms have windows on all sides and fan towers to create a breeze.

The house is part of the private gated Lake Park Homeowner Association, which gives you privileged access to over 800 feet of the private beach area, children's park, volleyball and basketball courts, boat docking, bocce ball run, horseshoe pit, BBQ and picnic tables, etc.

One dog per stay is allowed at the house. for a fee of $75 per stay. It would be best if you inquired first.

The location is good, the weather was beautiful and Laure responded quickly to us. This residence is not suited for small children and/or anyone with mobility issues due to the stairs connecting the levels.

Ski House
Perfect big house for our large group ski trip. We loved the ability to adjust the # of rooms to our group size - it really is what influenced us to pick this property. Kitchen is very well-stocked which made group dinners easy and fun, we loved the great big kitchen table. E Laure was very pleasant to work with and went out of her way to explain things during the payment and check-in process.

Great location - quiet but close to the slopes and stores
We had a fun time in this property! The living room filled with large windows gave a very nice view to the snow scape! The outdoor hot tub was a nice touch with a nice view! BBQ grill is conveniently located on the deck right next to the ktichen and dinning room which made it extra convenient to cook and serve. Besides the tedious process of turning off and unhooking the bear wires everytime we go outside, the overall experience of the stay was very nice!

Great spot for the whole family - steps to the Lake
The house (we used all 5 bedrooms) was a great spot for a family reunion. House was clean and comfortable, and the outdoor space with the hot tub and lawn games was a lot of fun for the whole family. Access to the lake and community space a short walk away was a plus. We'd come back again!

Cozy with a bit of a lake view (:
We loved the hot tub and all the windows — the sunsets were gorgeous! The common space was a bit small/disjointed for a larger group (we rented all 5 bedrooms), but overall we recommend this property! Laure was able to let us check in a couple hours early which we were very appreciative of, as well. The location is close to the Palisades resort as well as Tahoe City which was very convenient!

The Spot For Our 18th Annual Friendsversary
We arrived on 5 May to an unlikely snowy paradise. Everything inside and out of the home was shipshape and clean. Although we only rented three of the bedrooms for the five friends, more units were available if needed. Laure was responsive to our questions. Hot tub was a lovely respite, especially as snow continued to fall all around. Very cozy LR couch for all. Dining room table is a lovely planed timber and seating gave us a fabulous view down to Lake Tahoe. We walked down the road to enjoy the HOA private beach and dock area. So peaceful.

Great group house with an amazing back yard!
We stayed the week of Christmas 2018 and had an amazing time. The location is fantastic with everything close by. We had a large group and used the main house as well as the two units attached to the garage and were very comfortable. Our kids and dog LOVED the back yard! Even though it was quite chilly, they were out there on the swing, playing horse shoe and throwing balls for the dog every day. And the hot tub was also super nice! The rest of the house worked great for us too. We were all very happy with our stay. The only minor recommendations we have are to supply towels for the hot tub and to replace the slats in the bunk bed in the downstairs garage unit because there are several missing and it seems a bit un-safe. Otherwise, the house was very comfortable for our extended family and we are so appreciative that you would share it with us. Thank you!

Made the best of it
This house is beautiful and the location is perfect. House was clean, backyard is phenomenal but I must say I was disappointed with hot tub smell. It smelled like a fish tank. Fridge was not cool enough and my milk was warm next morning. Propane gas ran out while grilling my bbq. I am not the one to leave a negative comment but I was very disappointed. If those inconveniences would have not happened my stay would have been 5 stars. Overall was ok. At least property owner is very efficient with responding back.

Great place for a big group!
We really enjoyed our stay! The home has a great layout for a large group...we rented the main house and the additional building as well. The bedrooms are all VERY nice and there are plenty of well-appointed bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed as well. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor spaces - the side deck, the hot tub, fire pit and horseshoes. Super fun. The bear fences are a little tedious but clearly necessary (all houses around have them too!) The location is awesome - walking distance/short drive to the private beach access as well as a great little market and restaurants. We were there for a family wedding and the house was perfectly situated between our weekend events near Homewood and Dollar Point! The house needs a few minor touch ups but nothing that would deter us from staying again. The fireplace needs some repair (but no need for it in August), and consider replacing the living room couches/furniture which looked a little worn compared to the rest of the house. Would be nice to have more comfortable, ample seating in there. Overall, a great find and very responsive hosts as well :) Thanks for a great Tahoe Labor Day stay!

Not worth it
This property's ad and pictures look much nicer than the reality. The house furniture is at times dated and oddly looking. For example, the crib they provided for our child did not work. The downstairs bedroom had a very worn mattress, with a hole in it, which looked like a blow up mattress. The house is right above a very busy street, and the noise level is high. While their outdoor space is very nice, it was difficult to fully enjoy as a mountain getaway because it was so noisy. If you are traveling with small children, I would not recommend staying in this place. Apart from the stairs, there are various other issues that pose safety risks for little ones, such as the wide gaps in the bannisters. On the positive side, the hot tub was amazing. It was also very nice to have access to a private, well maintained beach.

Beautiful Tahoe City
We had a wonderful time in this huge home and huge yard. We loved the corn hole, horse shoe, and hot tub. There is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. We had a bit of a rough start as the cleaning crew had a mix in their calendar and we had to wait until almost 7pm for them to finish. Because of the rushed cleaning, there were some things missed outdoors, but overall it was fine. We would have loved a hard copy of the notes for the home. It was frustrating to not have that handy for information/directions to private beach/house procedures..etc. Things to know: The private beach is down the street and a great place to relax, but you need to drive as the street is too dangerous to walk across. I couldn’t find any information about an access key, only that we needed to put it away at checkout. There are no baking sheets and only 2 very old pans besides for the cast iron. I would’ve brought my own, as we like to make breakfast. There are no notes to add chlorine to the hot tub unless you happen to see the can of it on the ground. I recommend this place, especially if you have a large party!!

Outdoor space was great for a large family. The hot tub and corn hole game were fun for evenings outside. The property itself had some areas that could benefit from improvement. The bathrooms were updated (although worth mentioning that the master bath does not have a door-- it is open floor plan into the bedroom. For families sharing bathrooms this makes coordination awkward at times and would have been nice to know prior to booking) and nice but the outdoor porch from the main floor looks like it needs some work. Additionally, the areas in the house could benefit from cleaning -- for example the light fixtures in the kitchen clearly hadn't been cleaned. They were covered with greasy dust and dead gnats. Additionally, the lock boxes on the doors are old and very difficult to open. We got off to a rocky start with the host. A lot of the check in procedures and information were not clear and she was not available to respond to questions we had but once we were on the second day of our stay she did respond and we worked through issues we needed. Access to the local HoA beach was a direct walk down the hill but it would be nice to offer beach chairs or something for renters so that when people travel to the house they are able to take something to sit on at the beach since it's rocky. If you're traveling from out of state, this isn't something you can bring in travel luggage.

Great place for winter vacation!
My family which includes an 18 month old, a dog, and 8 adults stayed in this beautiful cabin during this past extremely stormy weekend. The host was very straight forward and easy to communicate with from the very beginning. There is an additional fee for bringing our dog (and requires the host’s ok) and I did accidentally book less than the all 5 bedrooms that I originally wanted but the host assisted with all of that at the onset which was nice and made the booking process very easy. Upon arrival, we found all the check-in instructions very easy to follow and straight forward. The cabin was cozy, the yard was spacious, and we felt that we had everything we needed to make the weekend comfortable! There were lots of kitchenware, spices, and the kitchen had a lot of storage for the extra things we brought ourselves. The bedding was very comfortable and everyone raved about how well they slept. I was a little nervous for my infant because there were some stairs by the living room area and this was communicated at the listing and in the pdf but the host supplied some baby gates so that made me feel much better. There was a high chair and pack and play available to us as well. They also had a dog bowl for my pup. The living room had board games, lots of places to sit, and there was a tv with different options for us to stream the World Cup and sports using the Apple TV, watch regular tv, Netflix, Hulu, etc. My favorite thing about this cabin is probably the view and spaciousness to hang out outside. The view all around inside and out of the cabin was just spectacular! My baby loved the snowman that someone built. This weekend brought out like 6 ft of snow and 4 ft in one night! We were so nervous we were going to be stuck but we found ourselves enjoying the the snow from morning to night despite the storm. The host was accommodating to late check out while we were watching road conditions and never made us feel like we were rushed out when it wasn’t safe to go. She was quick to answer any questions we had. The neighbors were very friendly, and there was snow plow service which was reassuring on a weekend like ours where snowfall was heavy. We built snowmen, had snowball fights, and it was just a winter wonderland vacation for our short stay. We look forward to coming back here next time and enjoying all the additional amenities available!
