"Great experience with snow falling overnight. The Osteria Sierra was delightful and the new room was clean and modern looking. Happy to get assistance from bellhops on the conditions for both skiing and driving. Only disappointment was Saloon because satellite was down and TVs weren't working. Servers were nice though. "

"The "sleeps 8" capacity does not specify where. If they had told me that I would sleep on the floor of the decades old carpet, I would have gone elsewhere. The sofa beds (2 were in the unit but both) were broken. Hair on blankets. Shower door broken and falls off track. Cleaning crew must have left bags of rags on sofa. List goes on. "
