"Hotel is a little older, but I love how thick the wall and door are. Had a little leak problem but staff was amazing and moved me to another room without too much fuss."

"Very nice property and hotel! Super convenient being so close to Universal Studios! Restaurants are amazing food and all the staff was excellent. Very safe and family friendly! Downsides are that the hotel is literally on the freeway and it is loud all the time, especially at night and the parking charge per night is $50 for self parking in a garage, or $60 for valet. That was an unexpected surprise when checking in. "
