Hotel has nice common areas & grounds. However, it is very outdated. Many things did not work in our room - heater, shower hot water (lukewarm), TV functions. Also, paper coffee cups and other lack of minor amenities just showed second rate quality. Promised $100 credit was not applied to our account as promised after one mishap. The spa (Sante) was also the same - not hot water for the spa, steam room didn't work, locker rooms in major need of upgrades. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel or go back.

This resort offers many options for a relaxing weekend, however, the spa could be more staffed as we have tried to make massage appointments and were unable to for a lack of massage therapists. I know they just bought the property and it is new so maybe this is the reason. The rooms are exceptional, clean and comfortable. If you’re lucky enough to stay in one of the downstairs units open to the lawn it is so relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel as it looks like they take pride in what they offer their customers in keeping the hotel as pristine as possible.

Excellent place to kick back and relax. Love the multiple pool and hot tub options. Seems like restaurants and bars were abit short staffed. But staff was friendly and hustled. a remodel is due for some new carpet in the corridors. Overall good experience.

Front desk people made me stand there while waiting for people that somehow didn't know how to check in. The other desk person just looked at me and walked off..?? Property is old but rooms are is decent shape. Only downside music in pool area was on until 10 pm? Because the place is old window are single pane allowing the music to easily come through.

The Staff are friendly and courteous. The grounds are nice and clean. The service was poor. They ran out of regular coffee pods for guest rooms. There were no wash cloths. Staff had to tell us these things. Not their fault- clearly poor management. They had items on the menu that they were unable to serve such as Latte’s because they didn’t have the supplies. We had to walk across the street to the 7-11 to get coffee at 7:30 am because they had none available until 8. The towels were old and frayed. No appointments available at the spa. Stay somewhere else until management understands service starts with them.
