Very nice hotel, at a convenience price. They have a restaurant inside but I went there for breakfast and also for dinner and there were nobody there to sit me or take my order (even though it was open) so I walked away. It's not related to the hotel I guess, but just a heads up, I wouldn't count on the restaurant if you're in a hurry. Other than that the hotel is nice.

Nice room. Friendly and accommodating staff Only the hallways around tge room were filled with laundry bins and it made tge hotel look rundown and not pretty. Also it would be nice to have hand lotion in the bathroom.

Stayed for one night and I was skeptic at first but the room is really clean and very convenient for the Burbank airport. They also have a Cuban/ Mexican restaurant inside the hotel which is good.

Overall it was an ok stay, but two things stood out that will prevent us from staying there again. 1) the TV ONLY let you watch predefined channels. We wanted to plug in our computer with HDMI. the connector was there, but the remote control wasn’t programmed to allow that use. The front desk staff just said… “maybe you can call in the morning and someone in staff then might know the answer”! Yikes. No smart TV access plus asking a customer to call back later is my definition of poor customer service. 2) the hotel provided several tables next to microwave ovens near the restaurant area. Each table had a glass top. Each morning when we ate breakfast there, the glass tops were filthy.

Very nice spacious upgraded rooms. Check in staff was very friendly. Plenty if free parking. Only challenge was the noise from the freeway next to it. Was surprisingly loud had to use a rain/white noise machine to drown it out! But still great value for money and quite happy.
