"What a great hotel! Renovations to the lobby did not interfere with my weekend visit at all. Sal at the front desk was welcoming, helpful, and a complete professional. Miriam went the extra mile with delicious coffee and true hospitality. My room was comfortable, huge, and very clean. Best sleep I’ve had in a while, amazing views, what a gem. "

"Had a great time, staff was super friendly and helpful, and there’s a tram to Universal Studios/City Walk like every 15 min which was super helpful. Also breakfast package and room service were great!"

"Clean room, easy check in for late night arrival and free shuttle to the airport very early the next day! "

"The only thing negative I have to say is that I wish they had more elevators because pulling 2 heavy suitcases across carpet down 3 long hallways to get to my room was a little bit tough but other than that everything was great."

"It was the perfect place to stay before Disney. Just wish parking was more affordable. Would of cost $70 for one night and day and that's almost as much as spent on the room "
