"This is my second time at Carter Estate. Everything was pretty great, except for the bed. It was very lumpy. "

"Older courtyard hotel with heated pool and jacuzzi in courtyard and sauna nearby. Many well maintained lounges around the pool with pool towels and cold water flavored with lemon available. Nice plantings in courtyard and in front entrance area. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the night receptionist. Breakfast boxes mediocre with a lot of carbs and sugar items. Appreciate the hot coffee and hot tea and some fresh fruit available in the breakfast room. "

"I was annoyed by the person at the counter. I got my key. Went up to my room. Came back down but forgot key in room. Had to wait another 20 mins for the person at the counter because he was about to help someone else when he could have helped me right away. "
