"I enjoyed my stay. The pros: awesome pool, good hot tub, great location next to beach, beautiful grounds, some service was spot on, free bikes, great drinks, bed was very comfy. The cons: everything is very very expensive, the room was not 5 star clean and housekeeping was inconsistent, sometimes beach service was not great, the hallways look a bit worn, and in north beach there really aren't any food options except at the resort which is very Expensive. "We enjoy the time we were in this resort the amenities was nice !!! Kids had really good time at the pool and the DJ did his job putting music so everyone can have fun ! "

"I love this property because it really brings out the kid in me. However, it is overpriced with nothing, NOTHING included in the price. You pay additional for everything and the prices are a bit higher than you need for a property near universal with shuttles. However, it is beautiful, very convenient to Volcano Bay and has some nice on property amenities. "
