Hotel had a skybridge to a food court if you didnt want to spend on their restaurant or shops inside. Staff was very friendly and housekeeping was punctual. Immaculate cleanliness from what i saw of my room, the lobby and atrium levels. The in hotel convenience store was a little expensive is my only notable critique.

Perfect location, so spaces, quiet and safe. Staffs were friendly and very nice and everyone works there. The only thing that was bothering us, there maintenance cleaning people came so early at 8am. That’s the only issues we had. But overall we enjoyed our stay!

The building is very nice but they dont have enough staff. They were hosting events all of my nights at this hotel and the staff were swamped with people. The place outside of the lobby area was kinda dirty. Trash bags from housekeeping in the walkways. Staff were very nice and the room was good. But if you get the first couple of floor be prepared for your view to just be a giant concrete wall.

I usually stay at this property when I visit Atlanta; however, this time I had to request towels before even taking a shower. Also, the heat wasn’t working. Maintenance came and he still didn’t fix the problem. I really didn’t understand this because I have stayed here over the last ten or more years when I visit Atlanta. I have brought groups of people to enjoy football and basketball games.

This property is in a prime area for events at the arenas, stadiums, etc. When I arrived, I was roughly two blocks away for well over an hour, simply trying to get to the lobby. Traffic control and accomodations were very disappointing. Valet service appeared to be overwhelmed. Regular parking wasn't clearly disclosed in the hotel information. You are basically on your own to find something near the hotel. I parked in the lot right beside the hotel, paying $30 per day. My rear passenger side window was broken out during my stay.

Horrible customer service! There was apparently 2 events booked at this hotel during my stay so it was busy to say the least. However, I was told by hotel staff due to how busy they were, valet was full and I had to park at a garage a block away. Then valet refused to allow me to stay parked in the unloading to be able to check in and unload all my bags. There were no carts for baggage and I was harassed to move my vehicle and instead carry all my bags from the garage a block away. Never will I give this hotel my business again.

High Velocity Restaurant staff was very nice ,however, management was unprepared for the crowd generated by the weekend’s events. As a result food/ drink orders were never received . Management of the establishment should have made more of an effort to explain, service and compensate the patrons. Otherwise the visit was pleasurable and I would return but would not attempt to dine after 10pm in the hotel on a busy weekend.
