"The staff was amazing! Upon entering, Eli made everything very easy and comfortable for those of us who had no idea what to do! I was hoping he would be there when we checked out…and he was! And super helpful again! The only issue we had was the icemaker on the refrigerator was loose so every time we closed the door ice would dispense. Easy enough to fix…we just pushed the lock button. "Check in reception was great. Property great! Everything on resort for entertainment. Only issue I had was my keys didn’t work at check in and I had to wait outside with a newborn for 30 mins until my sister arrived and had to grab new keys because security never came. Other than that, I would stay again."
