When we booked our room it said there would be an option for a tub and there was not. We paid extra for the option as well as the skyview. We get to the room and the window area near the ceiling has exposed insulation as well as peeling wall paper near that area and the bathroom. It definitely was not in good condition for the money we spent. I will not be staying here again.

Always like Westin hotels because they are so comfortable. Elevators take FOREVER even though they are for limited floors. Valet was wonderful and took our luggage to hold since we walked straight to an event in the city before we could go check in. Easy walk to the Centennial Olympic Park and surrounding spots.

I would like to that had the best customer service experience at this hotel. Patrick at the registration desk was the best representation that Westin could have. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay and the view that we observed on his birthday which made his day really special. Thanks again for putting the icing on the cake for his birthday 😉

I didn’t even end up checking in. From what I read online I thought I’d have valet parking only to find out when I got there it was full. I was told to park in an open lot public parking. Which made me feel super super unsafe. Kinda ridiculous for the amount of money you’re paying for a one night stay. Parking people were also very short and rude.
