The staff was absolutely amazing from check in to how they interacted with the kids during activities! I wish the water and pools were warmer but still wonderful! The atmosphere was on point! "The room was fine other than some type of roach/bug but we only saw one downstairs so we didn’t panic too much. What really upset me was the fact that they KNEW their water park would be down for maintenance during our stay and rather than notify us in advance, they let us know at NOON on the DAY OF OUR ARRIVAL. They didn’t even offer a discount but after my frustration they waived the $35 resort fee which was a joke. When a family is taking a trip to FL from out of state, they need more time to...
