"This hotel was great from the front desk staff to valet staff. Honestly, this hotel was nicer than I expected. I will be definitely be booking again our next visit. The only issue I had was the staff at the marketplace. One of the staff there was rude, but I didn’t get her name. I know she had an accent. "

"i love this property--we have stayed many times! --this time however, there was a vent in the ceiling (we were on the top floor) because of a storm-the vent was very noisy and sleep was difficult. also, the concrete floor in the bathroom was extremely slippery-even with shoes, socks and bare feet-worrisome for folks who may get hurt from a fall. "
