"Checkin was interesting...we did choose valet and our bellman Fast Eddie was amazing! First front desk lady told us our room wasnt ready, needed quality sign off, etc. Eddie came back to meet us at our room and was surprised, he said he already had been notified of our room number...went back again and different front desk lady welcomed us and voila there were our room passes...not sure what that was about.
