"What stood out about my stay at this hotel was the excellent service. Arthur at the front desk was on point in every aspect. Our check in was great. During the entire stay his service and hospitalty was unbelievable. He was so personable. The dining room staff was also great. Trey waitd on us both mornings and he was awesome. Gave us some great pointers. "

"Loved the location and layout of room. However the bedroom backs up to outside hallway and we heard doors slamming and carts all night. No fan in bedroom and AC didn’t seem to work . Warm and stuffy. Room needs more circulation of air. Bathroom fixtures were broken. Room could use some renovation and repair. Disappointing that restaurant hours are not posted on website so we didn’t know it wouldn’t be open for most of our stay. Enjoyed the balcony and view. "
