The room pretty big and very clean. Our only complaint would be our lack of a view (it was facing a group of condos) and the hallway was hot and clammy.

A waste of money. I paid $732 for 3 nights at this hotel, and was promised certain benefits under my expedia membership. Upon arrival the hotel told me those were no longer offered and didn’t bother trying to amend the situation by offering anything in exchange. Friends I was with stayed in a similar room for the same amount of nights and paid $300. The rooms were dirty and humid. It took 30 minutes for us to get fresh towels the 2nd day, and when we arrived all the power in our room didn’t work due to a broken power cord. They don’t even offer free coffee snd the machine at the front where you buy coffee had sour milk. Not impressed by anything about this property.

The property was great for families and is located right on the beach. The area around the hotel is walkable, with dozens of things to do and dining options nearby. The hotel is older and shows some signs of the time, like slow elevators and the pool areas in slight need of repair. Staff was helpful and gave a late check out when asked.

Nice, clean hotel with wonderful food and service on the cleanest beach. Rooms were could and clean, beds were comfy and rates were very reasonable for what we received. Food was delicious and because we were there for only 2 days we chose to eat onsite for all meals. Shout out to Nancy, am breakfast server/manager, Scott at the beach restaurant and Roberto, evening server. Did I mention there’s a swim up bar, lol?

Our bathroom was tiny. So much so that we had to push the door hard to open it as it would scrape right up against the toilet. The towels had stains, the lamp shades had stains. The ac in the room was hard to control, the room was either freezing or muggy, there was no in between. The bed was very uncomfortable. The elevators in tower B were not well kept; they shook and the doors took forever to open. Overall not a good experience. Not a hotel we will be staying at again.

We checked out and went home early. First check in too way too long. Our room was not the room we had booked. The ice machine didn't work on our floor or the floor above us. The water pressure was horrible and the tiles in the pool were coming off and my son cut his foot on one of them. We never could find anyone to help us get chairs and an umbrella at the beach either day that we went. The tv remote hardly worked so we kept it on the same channel. House keeping never cleaned out room and we found an employee card. We thought it belonged to a guest but went we tried it it worked and turns out it opened all the doors. That's extremely dangerous anyone couldn't pickup that key and had unlimited access. The front desk even told us no one had reported it missing and when we checked out early they just said bye. No one asked why we left early or if we had even enjoyed our stay.
