"Very beautiful and luxury feel. Checking in started with a key that didn't work but the desk associate went with me immediately to make sure the replacement key did work. Room temperature controls were excellent. Beds were quite comfortable. The interior bathroom door handle and door frame was smeared with blood, I cleaned it myself because I didn't want to wait. "

"We have ridden our bicycles down the Asbury boardwalk for years, and have always wanted to stay at the Berkeley. Its location and architecture are iconic, as is its history! So We stayed there many nights recently, knowing it’s off season. Of course the pool was closed, as was the restaurant. At least the sports bar was (sometimes) open and usually jumping. The staff was excellent, very helpful in many ways. Our room was worth the amazing views up and down the shore! Walking around the boardwalk...
