On our last night, our room key, along with 3 others, was mysteriously deactivated. With our rooms on the 4th floor, one family member for each room went back to the lobby for a new key. Two members encountered a staffer who refused to provide a new key because their name wasn't on the reservation even though they could provide ID with the same address as the guest on...

"I booked and paid for double beds. Upon arriving, I ending up with a king size bed. There was a lot of dust and the facilities were outdated. Generally when booking with Holiday Inn my expectation is four to five stars. Unfortunately this time around it didn’t meet those expectations "
