"Our first room had a very uncomfortable bed. The next morning, we asked the front desk if we could be moved to another room. They very graciously moved us to another room where we had a very lovely view of the Golden Gate Bridge!!! Great staff and service!"

"San Francisco is my home. I come back 2 times a year to visit my family. This was my 6th stay at the hotel. I just realized I forgot to thank Janet, my check in concierge! Janet has made me feel so welcome with our first interaction. She has always made sure every single visit met with my need! ( the kettle for hot water for my tea). She also gives me chocolate treats with I shared with my family later when I see them for dinner. I’m looking forward to my next visit! And hope I will get to see Janet when I shall check in. I thank you for your service! I’m one happy client."

"Wow wow wow. What an immaculate property! Food was amazing, and in line pricewise for the property. Staff was friendly, and attentive. It's a short ride to some of the best spots (Pier 39, Chinatown, etc.), or a nice walk if that's your thing. 10/10 would stay again. "
