"Perfect location for the Warfield! Exterior is modern and appealing. I paid for an early check in- but was informed my room was not ready despite arrival after the promised check in. The room was clean but we did not have hand soap- we had to substitute body wash. The elevators were down, so we had to use the service elevator - which required one to hold the call button down until the car arrived. Just seemed like a series of inconveniences. "
