"I’ve been here 3 times already and it has been consistently clean, lovely, and service is always great. Each room we stayed in felt luxurious, modern, and highly comfortable. Water/Ice refilling stations are usually a short walk down the hall from the room. Hair dryer is top notch, it leaves my hair very silky and shiny. They have a steamer not an iron. It takes a while for tougher materials to dewrinkle like linen and thick cotton but it was pretty fast for a dress with thin material. This time we got the corner room, for my husband’s birthday and it was absolutely gorgeous. Very spacious and the room has 3 large windows that faced the city and the bay. There’s a building that seems under cared for so I thought it marred the view a bit but it’s San Francisco and my husband loved it! Their coffee tastes good but they do need more sugar and creamer. Parking is expensive we always park in another garage about 8 min walk away. We use the spot hero app to find good rates. We will certainly be back again. "

"Loved it here. They offer valet which take away the stress from find parking or worrying about its safety. Staff is friendly. Room was clean look very nice. Separate shower from the bathroom. Rooftop restaurant was delicious but prepare to spend. Definitely would stay here again"
