"Loved that they have 24/7 free shuttle service to Miami Airport. Was able to do an early check-in, after my cruise was over. The property had a washer n dryer. Washed my clothes and didn’t realize until after I was done that the dryer was broken. Called guest service and I was lucky to have them dry my clothes for me. Food was convenient, ate there twice. Comfortable king size bed a plus… recommend this property for sure. Mahalo to everyone…"

"My entire stay was really lovely starting with Simon at check-in was so wonderful and made me feel really welcome and valued. I also really enjoyed using the spa facilities and Nobu crispy rice and a cocktail for happy hour at the beautiful lobby bar. Overall it was a wonderful stay and I will come back if I find myself in Miami again. "
