"Check and check out, took longer than needed because front desk people did not Stay at the front desk or were on personal calls. Once paid attention, they were nice and courteous. Parking was easy if you go before the restaurant opens, but once the restaurant open my parking spot which is on the inside of the gates was given to a restaurant guest by the valet guy who told me it would hold my spot while I stepped away to take my friend to the airport, and I was forced to leave my car overnight...

"Hotels.com screwed up our reservation that we paid for but the hotel never received. The staff was cordial and allowed us to have the rooms as they waited 2 days for Hotel.com approval. We were evacuating hurricane Milton and were lucky to reserve these rooms. We did not like the anxiety caused by this hotels.com error."

"Horrible! When I arrived I was told that I didn’t have a reservation and I showed him the reservation on my phone and he still told me that I didn’t have one and walked away from the window! Talk about rude! I had to go out to my car and find another hotel to go to at 8:30 - 9:00 pm! I was not happy and neither was my husband! "

"The unmanned check-in procedures worked pretty well, and the property was functional, spacious and clean. However, the online reservation has a significant glitch: somehow between selecting the day and paying, the site switched the week I wanted (same weekday, wrong week), and as soon as I'd paid it would not allow me to change or cancel without penalty. So, I paid twice. Not much savings there!!"
