"We use workout facilities in all hotels we stay at. It is one of the amenities we look for and found the Monsdrian's photo pleasing for a gym. The gym facilities at the Mondrian are just below excellent as it is missing a squat machine and a curling (bicep) machine. I would rate the gym excellent if you can add these to the gym. We intend to stay here again as the hotel was overall excellent. Adding the squat and bicep machine would make the gym even better."

"I waited a long time for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel, which is suppose to run every half hour. I finally called the number I had luckily noted. The hotel had no heat and it was an exceptionally cold spell in Florida. The hotel was out of blankets when I arrived. They offered me little to compensate how cold it was!!! On an up note, I was upgraded to a suite which was VERY nice (minus how cold it was). Upon check-in when I was informed of my upgrade and I asked how I got that...

"The room was clean and suited us fine but there wasn't any indication that the front entrance had scaffolding and tarps from some sort of remodel. Also the description wasn't clear that it was neighboring the Clevlander and not actually the Clevlander. "
