I can’t rave enough about their professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care. Now, let’s talk about the hotel: the Arya in Coconut Grove is hands down my favorite place to stay in the area. The location is ideal for work, incredibly walkable, and the views—overlooking the pool, park, and ocean—are absolutely breathtaking. The hotel is meticulously clean and inviting, inside and out. Practical amenities like pay laundry on the 6th floor and ample parking make it even more convenient (just note the garage has a height restriction). The front desk staff was phenomenal. I have to give a special shout-out to Jenette—she was the definition of a Brand Ambassador. Her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made me feel at home. If you’re looking for top-tier customer service and an unbeatable hotel experience in Coconut Grove, SoFla Vacations and the Arya Hotel are it. I’ll be back—again and again! "
