"We had the best 4 night stay in Key Biscayne. This condo at the Ritz was perfect for our family. James, the host, went over and beyond our expectations. We will definitely be back. Every morning, we started our day with coffee in the Ritz lounge. Then we woke up the kids to have a few hours of beach/pool time. Everyday we had lunch poolside and it was delicious. The service at the hotel was amazing as well. It’s a must stay condo and resort for the family. "

"The house was beautiful and clean with the exception of a few dirty dishes, a hair in my bed sheets, and one towel that smelled like mildew. The communication with the owner was quick and helpful. There were no check-in or out instructions so I wasn’t aware that I was going to meet with the owner in person for the house keys and instructions.
