"To describe the hotel at terminal 5 is ridiculous. It was £30 in a taxi and £20 back the next morning on a shuttle. Would not have booked the venue if I'd known this. The hotel itself, excellent. Clean, quiet, good breakfast and fantastic staff."

"Hotel was great with 1 exception no hot water, no phone in room, so i had to make a normal phone call to reception and the it went to voicemail. A real shame i would have given it 10 out of ten but for the water."

"Check in staff and front desk were lovely! I booked online as I arrived as the walk in rate was £12 more and she was patient. Room service was very quick and food was good. Pool is great and takes less than 10 mins to get to legoland. The legoland hotel was fully booked but this is a great alternative. Room was massive and overall very happy and half the price "
