"As a five-star hotel, excellence and luxury is expected. Toilet sink drainage not the best (reported and partially repaired). Staff though were very professional and attentive and even provided us with some macarons for the inconvenience. Breakfast, I’m sure, is scrumptious, though at £32 a head we gave it a miss. "
