"We stayed for one night on 30 November, we had a wonderful stay. The hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas, staff were friendly and professional. We had a standard room (twin) which was a good size for two of us and the bathroom was beautiful and perfectly clean. We had booked the Brasserie for dinner and were put in one of the dining rooms instead, the room was stunning, we were very happy."

"A very convenient property a 5 minute ride from Windsor. Easy check-in, clean and comfy room. Lovely breakfast and not extortionate price for bar. However bad bits were that the heating in room was not blowing out warm air. When i went to reception the night manager Joe was very apologetic and brought a portable radiator to our room. So all good. On the whole a nice hotel and would stay again. "

"Clean and friendly. Good place for grabbing sleep before an early flight out of Heathrow terminal 5. Had a fire alarm go off (it was New Year’s Eve so you can guess why it went off) but staff did a great job following procedures and clearing us to quickly get back to our rooms. Only complaint is while there are USB outlets near the beds, the only outlets were across the room which is a problem for those of us who sleep with CPAP machines."
