"We visited for our youngests daughters 5th birthdya trip to Legoland. The hotel was brilliant in location and the staff couldn't have been more lovely/helpful the entire stay. I emailed the night before our visit to ask if they might be abke to pop a birthday message in the room. They went abjve and beyond and blew up balloons and wrote a birthday card and laid out chocolates on the bed on a smiky face shape. So kind!
