"The ease of check-in was great. Our room was spacious for Japan. The beds were a bit harder than normal and I don't mind a firm bed. The Shower room was huge and clean. It would be nice if they offered some access to streaming services for entertainment as most channels are in Japanese except for BBC. I love the convenience and spaciousness of this resort close to Disney property. this is the second time I've chosen to stay here. "

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff was extremely helpful and respectful. The one service that would have been nice is if the hotel had a coffee and hot tea bar that was available especially during times when the Chocolate bar was closed. Very inconvenient to have to call room service, visit one of the restaurants, or walk to one of the nearby coffee shops for a decent cup of tea. The machine in the room are not thoroughly cleaned so tea always have a coffee taste. Thank you. "
