"This property was a little dated compared to some of the others we have stayed at. However, it was very clean and the customer service was top notch. The view of Mt. Fuji from the back of the hotel is breathtaking. The onsen was quite peaceful and relaxing with a mix of hotel guests and locals from the public. Lots of food options near the hotel and the breakfast was reasonably priced and tasty. Great service from the front desk. Short walk to Fuji-Q from the hotel. Would stay here again for...
