The hotel is very nice, clean, the staff are very nice and polite, they have busses running every hour to the airport and also to Narita station and Aeon Mall. If you are new to Japan the location is very helpful since wherever you go in Tokyo just take the busses to Narita airport which there are plenty of in major areas then take the free shuttle back to the hotel. The train station and bus stations are also located at the airport so it's your main point of travel to and around major areas in Tokyo.I dont have a single complaint really. I loved my stay here and would gladly come back again.

1 night stay between flights. I was concerned by some of the reviews but they were proven untrue. Our room was on the fourth floor west wing - very spacious with a firm and very comfortable bed. Full bathroom with shower tub. Western style and sized room. Coffee and tea complementary. Breakfast buffet included. There is a shuttle that will take you into Niseko town but the last one leaves just before 8 pm. And taxi return is 40$. We decided to have dinner at the oasis restaurant (same that serves breakfast). Buffet dinner is 60$ per person. However an la carte is available with good options and reasonable price. Free shuttle to and from airport super convenient and easy to locate out of terminal 1. Reception very friendly and helpful. All in, great value for money.

We had an excellent stay here. The free shuttle transfers to and from Narita airport were very convenient. From Narita airport, there is an express train that can take you to Tokyo within an hour. The breakfast buffet was also excellent. Overall very satisfied with our stay at Tobu.

I will stay at Tobu Hotel the night before leaving Tokyo returning home as hotel provide free shuttle to airport and Aeon Mall for my last minute shopping. This is my sixth stay with Tobu Hotel and will definitely book again when back to Tokyo. Thank you.

12/12/24. Convenient and on-time shuttle bus from and to the airport. Friendly staff. Really nice convenience store near the lobby )very similar to 7-Eleven and Family Mart). Excellent breakfast buffett.

Overall a fantastic day. All we wanted was a clean room transport to and from the airport. They delivered both exceptionally well. The only issue I had was the shower in the bath. This seems to be the norm in Japan however I found the bath a bit too deep for me to get in and stand for a shower. Bus and driver exceptionally clean and prompt you can tell driver takes pride in his bus!

The evening buffet was ok. The cocktail bar is very elegant, my Mai Tai was visually great but the taste was average. Didn't like the addition of orgea liquor.
