"The service provided from check-in to check-out was excellent. There were a lot of staff members to help with questions, with luggage, etc. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel is in walking distance to train stations and there are places to visit within walking distance for people like us who are there to visit/sightsee in Yokohama. Their breakfast buffet is excellent. We would definitely stay there again."

"we had a great stay, in all respects. Then again, we were surprised that this hotel - so nice in many respects - had a guest room with very worn carpet - actually worn through completely in one place. that was disappointing . otherwise it was great!"
