The hotel reception staff were friendly, efficient and professional. The room was excellent (though we subsequently had an issue with the Samsung TV), clean and well maintained. The views were great. Breakfast - well that was lush. The staff were brilliant. The food was amazing and the choices were outstanding. We walked from the train station to the hotel, only a 25 min amble. Area was clean and seemed safe. No excess noise."

Staff is always helpful and friendly and the rooms are great. Very comfortable beds. The gym is in two rooms and is well-equipped. The spa is also lovely to enjoy after a busy day. The rooftop restaurant has great staff and great food too, and the breakfast buffet is probably one of the best ones (at least in the nordics). "
