"We had to move 1 of the rooms because of the smell. Both rooms were down market and dirty. There was an unpleasant smell in the corridors as well. Sound proofing was poor so we were kept awake by shouting and arguments in other rooms. Parking was supposed to be an option but when we arrived they told us it had to be booked at least 15 days in advance. So we had to leave the car on a dodgy street round the corner. "Easy to find and within walking distance of the Bordeaux Saint John main railway station. Friendly reception staff and very well maintained room with everything required except for dishwashing liquid and tea towels. Very clean. A number of small shops for supplies nearby. Would happily stay there again "
