"Everything was excellent here. Very clean, quiet, and the person running it was extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast was great with a good assortment of pastry, yogurt, fruit, and excellently made eggs and coffee. You cannot go wrong booking this place. Giorgio was extremely helpful to 2 travelers who didn't know Italian, and booked last minute. Tons of suggestions and help EVEN AFTER we checked out. This is the real deal. The suite is modern style, and has plenty of space. "

"Very clean, safe and large apartment. Interacted with one lady staff in the morning and she was so courteous. I had forgotten my wallet and passport in the apartment during check out but she came running to my car in the parking lot before i drove off. Thanks to her and thanks to the property who have honest prople working there. "It is made in an interesting style that takes you back many years. Unfortunately, it is not well maintained. There were some details that need to be fixed. Stained paint, water dripped from the lamp in the bathroom on the last day. Also, when I wanted to leave my suitcase a few hours earlier, you wrote to me that I could do it. The receptionist told me that she could not. When I showed her the email from you, she agreed that it was possible"

"Just a 10 minute walk from Kings Cross. Property is down a very quiet street which is rare for London. Lovely, big bed and great shower. Only a short walk to Russell Square/Southampton Row, where there are ple ty of pubs & restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our mini break"

"Excellent hotel, very nice unique layout, had two beds on the first level and two beds on the second level. 24 hours coffee was available. Each bed had a small chocolate for the guest which was a nice touch. The breakfast was good but hot items like scrambled eggs etc were not available. Overall a great hotel would love to stay there again."

"Wonderful stay, we utilized the shared kitchen and laundry room areas, they were clean and well kept. We had an emergency for which we had to contact the guesthouse manager, Ingi, at 12AM, and he picked up and helped us. Overall, staff was amazing and place was very neat, would stay here again!"
