"The property itself is beautiful and in a great location, but there were some significant downsides to my stay. First, the room was a disappointment. It looked nothing like the photos advertised, it was very basic and lacked the charm or luxury I was expecting based on the images. Additionally, the design of the hotel is not practical for travelers with luggage. There are stairs in the hallway, which made carrying my suitcase incredibly inconvenient. I would not recommend this hotel if...

"We stayed here one night and it was perfectly located near many restaurants and shopping. Plus two bus stops were in walking distance and that’s where many of the tour guides pick you up. Only recommendation would be fabric softener. All the linens including robes were super rough. That’s not something I would ever comment on but they were pretty bad especially when it’s such a dry climate. Other than that it’s a pretty good hotel. "

"The property is just across the airport (Terminal 3) and also at metro station if you need to use it. The lobby area was nice and staff were friendly. The rooms looked they needed a major upgrade. Everything inside the room seemed too old. Food at the restaurant seemed very expensive. Gym was under construction, beds and bed sheets were too old and in one section were actually torn. Overall I don't think it is worth it."
