Excellent hotel. Attentive and friendly staff. The breakfast was high-quality and varied. I liked the location, as the area is well connected by public transport and close to the city center. As a point for improvement, I would highlight the fact that it was a bit cold in the room.

Expedia Gold VIP access wasn’t granted by the hotel. Rooms are very outdated and the bathroom was tiny. Breakfast was very good.

Lovely staff! The room and bed was great, very comfortable. Breakfast is top tier, very good selection and always well stocked. The only negative for me was the bathroom, it’s a bit small, even in the JR suite. It’s a wet room and personally, I prefer a bathroom with separate shower/bath area. Fine for the six nights stayed though and wouldn’t let that put you off staying.

The room was nice and spacious. The gym was really great, as it was at the top floor and not hidden away in some basement somewhere. The treadmills were really good and indoor climate well-regulated making an intensive exercise comfortable. And the restaurant was good as well. Nice staff too

Good hotel, good view of muscat,
Good hotel in Muscat. Great view and super with pool and beach. No matter which hotel you choose in muscat you must be prepared to take taxi or have a rented car. So i would suggest this hotel because of the view over muscat, the pool area and private beach. We had a room with sea view and big balcony, and it was great morning and night. The breakfast was great, and the restaurants were good too.

Expedia showed one room in the picture of the property, but upon arrival the picture and actual room did not match. Also you can't control the thermostat unless you are in an upgraded room. However the staff did open the window for us and gave us a fan for use. Overall a good stay but when you are traveling for rest and relaxation it is an added barrier to derail an experience although overall I had a great time.
