"This hotel was perfect for us. We enjoy being outdoors and stayed in winter. Although a beautiful hotel we felt comfortable walking in in our outdoor boots and coats and the hotel had a quiet, relaxed feel. The staff were excellent, quiet, friendly and hard working. Nothing was too much trouble. The spa area was spacious and relaxing. There was no one there when we went but it did get busier later in the day. They helped us figure out our activities and how we could possible go about organizing it. They also were able to accommodate an earlier check in by prioritizing our room for cleaning. "We liked: quirky decor, relaxed ambiance, friendly staff, comfy beds. Breakfast was delicious, loads of veggie and lactose free options (also gluten free) and everything was well labelled. We were there on a weekend so breakfast going on until 12 was lovely, one day we went to löyly and then came back and had breakfast after, which was perfect.
