"Staff was great. Every time I had a question, (and I had a lot) they bent over backward to help. I do wish they offered a shuttle to/from the metro. When you get off the train, it’s a 10-15 min walk uphill in the cold to return to the hotel. Also, I wish we had more dining options, but the free breakfast is a full breakfast which is nice. "The arrival by gondola was a pleasant surprise! Breakfast was excellent, sauna was hot & spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We also loved having a balcony, and saw the northern lights from the Sky Bar! 10/10 would stay here again"

"Beautiful hotel, location, and room! Northern lights seen during my stay, even with the high wind warnings! Restaurants close by (although there is dining on site). Would certainly stay here again!"

"All staff members - from front desk to housekeeping - were exceptional. The breakfast buffet was the best I've had and the restaurant was also excellent. Everything was spotless & in good repair. The only negatives were that 1) the rooms do not have mini-fridges; 2) compared to the US, they are extremely small; and 3) the hotel does not provide wash cloths. Also, the room did not have any type of a dedicated 'lounge' chair. There was a wooden chair at the work counter, but the only seating in the room was either that chair or the bed. I found myself going to the lobby to sit in regular chairs (while reading my book). "
