Really cute place. Staffs are friendly and helpful. There's a nice place for you to keep your luggages and to shower/change if needed while waiting for your checking time. Highly recommended

We were unhappy due to the fact that we were charged $21 for the breakfast we did not have. Additionally, the bathroom was very filthy. It smelled of urine, and the odor got worse as we showered. Recommended due to proximity to the airport, but not for its service (lack of). Thanks

If you prefer to head into your travel day well rested, this is not the place. If you prefer to hear loud music that is ongoing until 2am, this might be for you. The music was obnoxiously loud from the bar and could be heard on the 11th floor. Long line at the service desk all with noise complaints. Not ideal for rest before early morning flights.
