"Socalco definitely surprised me. A place that is a bit harder to get to but it’s well worth it. The best part of the hotel is the fact that it’s also a mini-winery where they grow the grapes that makes the two local wines they offer. "The bedroom was nice and clean with AC and a little tv. The bed a very firm queen mattress placed low to the floor. The bathroom was very small with 2 toilets, a sink with a mirror, and a tall/narrow shower. The used towels and the used toilet paper is restocked daily. They do not speak a word of English. The bedding was not replaced once while staying there for 9 days. The door locks were very difficult to use."

"Had a very enjoyable stay at La Rocca. Staff was excellent. Breakfast at the restaurant every morning was very nice. Took a cooking class and thoroughly enjoyed it. We also did a wine tasting and enjoyed it as well. "
