Some things were surprising though in a hotel of this quality - the curtains not being of sufficient quality to keep out any of the bright sunlight, the only way to turn on the fan was by climbing up on the bed, the tv remote not working. "The hotel is very centrally located and on-site public parking is available right in front of the hotel (incl. 4 overnight electric car charging spots). Our room was spacious, quiet and clean. It made a very cosy impression as it featured a huge tiled stove that must have been used once upon a time to heat the room. In general, the hotel has a very nice atmosphere because of it's old age.
