"The parking lot and exterior building clean , front desk lady pleasant and nice smile, hall way floors and walls filthy, elevator was a little ware out, room was clean baseboards could have been cleaned better in the bathroom. It's all about a little TLC and scheduling a carpet cleaner. "

However I was a bit taken back because I think I was expecting better facilities. I want to give an honest assessment of our experience. The customer service is great!
