Comfortable and reasonably priced accommodations convenient to the airport. Would have been helpful to know ahead of time that the free airport shuttle doesn’t start until 5 am. Otherwise very pleased with the stay.

I will start off by saying I am a very organized traveller. We arrived here after a late flight. I even called early that morning to let them know we would be arriving late. When we got there our room was given away and we were told we would be getting a king bed and sofa bed instead of two queen room we booked. This wasn’t ideal because we had four people and after a late flight a sofa bed isn’t really what you want to sleep on but we didn’t complain and made the best of it. I was told to hang on after check in. After a short wait I was handed the bedding for our room to make our own bed. It was 1:30 in the morning and that was the last thing I wanted to do but the lady at the desk was very nice so I did not complain. It wasn’t her fault and I am guess it was the hotel’s rules she was following. The hotel was run down and the sheets we were given were stained but everything was clean for the most part. I wasn’t expecting a lot from this hotel after reading reviews but considering they are located near an airport I was hoping they would be more prepared for a late check in.

The shuttle driver (from Anchorage) was so helpful and gave us the rundown of all the hotel amenities and restaurants nearby. We only waited 20 minutes for the shuttle and our checkin went super quickly.

Staff at front desk was having a non business conversation that they finished before acknowledging our presence Although once she waited on us she was very pleasant and lastly I don’t care the fee for parking overnight. We stayed here twice in 1 week and had 2 very different experiences.--1st visit was great, airport shuttle was convenient--Geoffrey the driver was very helpful, rooms were clean, breakfast was great. We chose this hotel because it had an airport shuttle but when we arrived for our 2nd visit we were told earliest airport shuttle was full and we ended up having to pay for an uber. When we went to our rooms, there were full garbage bags in the hall across from us as well as in the stair well. There were dogs in the room across the hall barking until almost 11 pm(had we known dogs were at the hotel we would have gone elsewhere). We had 2 rooms that were adjoining and both rooms smelled awful. One of the rooms never had hot water, so our whole group ended up just using the shower in the room with hot water. It was a short stay so we did not report any of our concerns, but I would be hesitant to stay here again.

Was nice that the hotel had a large hot tub and a decent pool. We were only there until 3am as we had to catch a flight. It would have been nice to know the shuttles didn't start until 5am... as I chose this hotel for the shuttle service and didn't get to use it. Staff were incredibly friendly and the room was clean however the bathroom was fairly gross... if we were staying long, I would've had a bigger issue
