"The hotel is showing it's age, but it has a lot of good amenities. It has a nice vanity nook. The refrigerator works almost too well. The room was spacious and the bed was good but the pillows and linen wasn't great."

"I really appreciated the early check in and late checkout. However, I wish the coffee in the lobby stayed out longer and wish there was coffee in the room. Also there was a tray loud pounding noise like they were installing new flooring or something in the room above me. That was disappointing because I couldn’t relax and nap like I wanted to. "

"My husband and I stayed here just for one night to have a little getaway. Downtown San Rafael is so cute and there are lots of bars, restaurants, shops and things to do. We got here early before check in and was happy when we found out that a room was available. Everyone was so nice, from the reception to the bartender to the cleaning staff. Our room was clean, organized well and cozy. There is an outside hang out area with Apple fire places and a lovely atmosphere. "
