"Cute Venetian style rooms, but give it a 4/5 on Cleanliness because it was a little dusty and my allergies did not like it. Other than that, would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Venice, the location is great with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The staff was extremely personable, responsive, and a helpful with everything. "

"The service at this hotel was impeccable. It was really walkable from the water taxi doc with luggage but the hotel also can prepare a private water taxi directly from the hotel dock, which was amazing. The hotel itself is historic, charming and a class act. The rooms are italian vintage style and the windows open to beautiful views of the canals and gondolas. You can open the windows for the full sights and sounds or close them for an entirely peaceful experience. 5 stars."

"Lovely hotel in the heart of the Venice historic center. We got lost getting there but once we got our bearings and realized the dark alleys were not all dead ends, we had a wonderful time. Almost a straight shot to St Mark’s square. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was delicious! Would stay there again. "
